Please supply your full name, address, including postcode, and daytime contact telephone number.  

Field grown ornamental trees are only available between November and March.

Field grown fruit trees are only available between December and March.

Container grown trees are available throughout the year. Certain rarities are only produced in small quantities, so may be ordered well in advance.

Trade Orders

We try to process trade orders as quickly as possible. At the height of the lifting season we appreciate as much notice as possible. Normally we need at least two days to process an order ready for collection. Delivery obviously takes longer as we have to arrange the transport. Customers with a trading account have 30 days in which to pay from the date of collection or delivery. Other customers are expected to pay on collection. If you wish to arrange an account you will need to provide two trade references.

Retail Mail Order

This is conducted between November and March by overnight carrier. At the height of the lifting season there may be up to a months delay between placing the order and dispatching, due to pressure of orders, which are dealt with in date sequence. Orders placed between April and September are confirmed in September ready for dispatch from November. There is a minimum delivery charge of £30.
Payment in full is required before dispatch.

Retail Local Deliveries

These are processed in the same way as Mail Order, but delivered by our own vehicle. Delivery Cost relates to distance but there is a minimum of £12.

Retail Collections

Customers ordering for collection during November to March will be contacted as soon as their order has been processed ready for collection. If you wish to short-circuit this system we would need at least a week normally to process the order. From April to October, things are a little easier and we can sort out orders at shorter notice.
Payment in full is required on collection.

There is a Minimum Value of £100 net for delivered orders.
